Layla® contains three types of foam and all foams used in the mattress are CertiPUR-US certified. The outer layers of the mattress (nearest your body) are high density copper infused memory foam, the base layer is poly foam, and the air flow layer is convoluted foam.
The Layla® mattress uses a core foam with a density of 1.5 pounds. The convoluted air flow layer which supports the soft side has a density of 1.8 pounds giving you a softer feel. The Copper Infused Memory Foam (on both sides) has a density of 3.5 pounds.

The Layla® Mattress zipper cover are 66% polyester, 30% viscose, 4% poly/lycra, and is woven with a ThermoGEL cooling agent to help reduce heat buildup.
The Layla® Mattress keeps you cooler in two ways; Copper in the foam and ThermoGEL in the cover. Copper cells in the mattress act as a super-conductor to absorb body heat and rapidly transfer it away from your body. ThermoGEL is a food grade cooling agent in the cover that activates when your body temp begins to rise to cool you down quickly.
Yes. The Layla® Mattress uses a Ventex fire blocking sleeve which is made with 48% FR Rayon Allesandra and 52% FR Rayon Polyester. There are absolutely no chemicals added, the fire blocking elements are within the fabric itself.
The Layla® Mattress is proudly made in the USA. Our foam is poured and the mattress assembled in the Rust belt region of the Midwestern United States. Our mattress cover and label are both made in the Southeast region of the United States. From time to time we experience heavier than normal order volume, and to avoid any backorder delays we send our American made fabric to El Salvador and Mexico to be cut and sewn.

We suggest rotating your mattress from head to foot each time you change your bedding, or at least one time per month.
Yes, you may place a cover or protector on the Layla® Mattress if you so desire however, keep in mind that any additional covering on the mattress may diminish the cooling properties of the mattress to some extent. To minimize reduction of cooling effects, we suggest a cover or protector made from a highly breathable material.
You can put a Layla® Mattress directly on the floor, but we don't recommend it long-term as it's not best for airflow and moisture accumulation and may void your warranty.
The Layla® Mattress will take its’ full shape within minutes and you can sleep on it right away. For those who are sensitive to smell, you may detect a slight “new mattress” smell after unboxing. This odor is not harmful to your health, but if it bothers you we recommend allowing a few hours in a well ventilated room before placing any bedding on the mattress.
We recommend dry cleaning to maintain the plush and soft feel of the mattress cover. You may purchase additional or replacement covers by contacting us at support@laylasleep.com.
You can put your Layla® on a box spring (if your bed frame requires one), or a platform bed as long as the slats are 3 inches apart or less. Those are the best options for support and maximum airflow for the mattress.

10 Year Warranty: Layla Sleep® Inc. warranties that Layla® brand products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that may compromise sleep quality for the term of the warranty as defined below.
This warranty covers only the original consumer purchaser for as long as he/she owns the product.
Warranty Term: The Layla Hybrid™ mattress is covered under this warranty for 10 years non-prorated from the original purchase date. Warranties are non-transferable. Items or components replaced under warranty are subject to the warranty term from the date of original purchase.
Mattress Warranty Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid if used properly. Proper use is defined as using the mattress on a firm, rigid and smooth surface that allows air ventilation and supports the entire mattress, INCLUDING THE CENTER, such as a slatted bed platform or box spring. Note: Using a boxspring foundation manufactured by any other brand besides Layla Sleep® Inc. may void the mattress warranty. Proper use also means that the product was not abused by the purchaser. This includes keeping the mattress properly protected and free of moisture.
This warranty does not apply to a purchaser’s personal comfort preferences, such as the firmness of the mattress, bed height, weight, etc., or to normal body impressions of 1″ or less.
Mattress Manufacturing Defects include: (a) seams coming apart; (b) visible permanent compression of the mattress surface greater than 1″; (c) loss of mattress shape beyond 1”.
Mattress Manufacturing Defects DO NOT include: (a) faults in the cosmetic appearance, such as wrinkles on the fabric (b) cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including natural blemishes in the fabric; (c) mattresses that may have been soiled, dampened, burned, stained or otherwise abused; (d) mattress dimension (width, length and or height) discrepancies of up to +-1″; and/or (h) appearance of mold on and/or infestation with vermin (such as bed bugs) due to improper and unsanitary care of the mattress. Also, we do not guarantee your new mattress will not have a scent. All natural and man-made materials can have a scent and often do. None of our materials have a toxic emission based on scientific, 3rd party verification.
Voiding of Warranty
The following cases may void any and all warranties:
– Leaving the Layla® mattress in the box for more than two weeks after receiving
– Using a foundation manufactured by any brand other than Layla Sleep®.
– Using a metal bed frame that doesn’t have a center support bar
– Using a base with slats spaced more than 4” apart.
– Using the Layla® mattress without a mattress protector.
– Using the Layla® mattress for any commercial use i.e. Hotels, motels, rental properties, hostels, dorms, schools, shelters, rooming and boarding homes, bread and breakfasts, vacation rentals, etc.
Warranty Performance: We will repair or replace the defective mattress or the defective component(s) of the mattress. In the case of a manufacturing defect in a component of the mattress, such as the mattress cover, we may elect to repair or replace the component rather than replace the entire mattress, and we reserve sole and complete discretion over that election. If we elect to replace the mattress or component, we will replace it with the model, version, color, or style available at the time of replacement, which may be different in certain respects than the original. There may be a shipping fee up to $50 associated with warranty repairs or replacement (this fee will be evaluated on a case by case basis by Layla Sleep® Inc.). Warranty does not cover the shipping cost for replacement items or components.

Copper fibers woven into the Layla Pillow cover absorb body heat and quickly transfer it away from your noggin. Copper fibers also act as an antimicrobial barrier to keep out the nasty. Although scientifically unverified, many people claim to experience significant health benefits from wearing or using copper infused fabric.

The fill inside your pillow will be compressed and bunched up a bit when you remove it from the box. Don't worry, this is normal. After you remove your pillow from the box, place it on a flat surface and use the palms of your hands or fists to massage the pillow and distribute the fill evenly. This will flatten the pillow out a bit to achieve a pillow height that will support your neck perfectly.
You may experience a "new pillow" or “memory foam” smell which can go away in as soon as a few hours but may last a little longer for those who are sensitive to smell. This odor is not harmful to your health but if it bothers you we recommend allowing a couple of hours in a well ventilated room to allow your pillow to air out before placing a pillow case over it.
The pillow cover is removable and washable, but we suggest spot cleaning the pillow with a mild non-toxic cleaner and washing only when necessary. It's best to wash the pillow by hand, but you may run the pillow through a washing machine on a gentle cycle and dry it in a dryer on a low heat setting, although it may take several cycles for the pillow to dry completely. Since there is no way for us to verify the suitability of your machine, we do not recommend washing or drying the pillow in any machine as doing so may void the pillow warranty.

Since the Layla Memory Foam Pillow™ is adjustable it’s the ideal pillow for sleepers of all positions. Side sleepers may require more loft whereas back and stomach sleepers may want to remove some fill.
The Layla Memory Foam Pillow™ comes in two sizes. Standard/Queen (18” x 28”) and King (18” x 34”).
It’s simple! Unzip the removable cover, then unzip the inner lining. Now you can remove or add as much fill as you need until the pillow is just right for you.
Throwing the entire pillow in the washing machine can be done but drying the pillow once washed can require multiple dry cycles. For this reason we designed the pillow to have an inner lining that holds all the fill. That way you can just remove the exterior cover and throw it in the wash. We recommend washing with cold water and tumble dry on low heat.

The Layla® Topper is a 2" copper infused memory foam layer covered in our iconic Layla designed cover so that it will look great whether you place it on top of a Layla® Mattress or any other brand mattress as well.
The Layla® Topper cover is composed of 66% polyester, 30% viscose, 4% poly/lycra, and is woven with a thermoGEL cooling agent to help reduce heat buildup. The bottom of the cover is 100% polyester.

The Layla® Topper was designed to work perfectly on top of most mattresses, regardless of brand, whether they be spring, foam, or a hybrid of both. And of course the Layla Topper works like magic when placed on top of a Layla Mattress.
You can absolutely use a mattress protector if you have the Layla® Topper. Simply place your topper directly on your mattress and cover both with your mattress protector.
In order to properly get the best out of your Layla® Topper, we recommend removing all sheets and linens from your bed. Then simply place the topper directly on top of your mattress. Make sure all four corners are lined up. Next, simply put on your mattress protector (if you have one or choose to use one), and then make your bed with your normal fitted and flat bed sheets.
The Layla® Topper when placed on top of a mattress can hold up to 1000 pounds.
The Layla® Topper is designed to give you a softer sleep experience. If you're looking to make your mattress firmer, our topper is not the option for you at this time.
The Layla® Topper cover can be unzipped and removed for easier cleaning. However we do recommend dry cleaning to maintain the soft, plush feel of the cover. If you decide to wash by machine, we suggest cold water on a gentle cycle, dry on delicate with low heat.
Since we are unable to verify the suitability of your machine, washing in a machine may damage the topper cover. Any damages caused by washing are not covered under warranty.
You may return the Layla® Topper for any reason up to 120 nights after receiving it and receive a full refund. We only ask that you try it for a minimum of two weeks before deciding to return it or not.
The Layla® Topper 5 year Warranty is a non-prorated, full replacement, non-cash value 5 year warranty that covers splitting or cracking of the foam, and defects in the cover.

Every Layla® Topper is crafted specifically for its new owner and not pulled off the shelf from a warehouse. The Layla® Bamboo Sheets are made of 100% Viscose from Bamboo. Viscose is described as the process used to turn natural bamboo into fabric. The Bamboo is broken up and dissolved in a solution. Once the bamboo is dissolved, the solution is pressed into fibers and cooled. Finally, these fibers are spun into threads and woven into fabric.
Each full, queen, king, and cal-king sheet set includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 2 pillowcases. The twin and twin xl sets includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 1 pillowcase.
Bamboo thread count is very different from other fabric thread counts. Our sheets are 300, but the feel is softer than 1,000-thread-count Egyptian cotton.
Bamboo is softer, more durable, cooler, and more breathable than traditional cotton or polyester sheets. The Layla Bamboo set is also hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and moisture wicking so you can enjoy a dry, clean, and cool sleep.

Weighted blankets are purposely made slightly smaller than the size of your mattress. You don’t want your weighted blanket hanging over the sides of your mattress otherwise it will inevitably pull toward the floor and fall off, leaving you cold and lonely.
The top (black layer) of the weighted blanket is made with 300 thread count 100% cotton. While the bottom layer (closest to you) is made with 100% polyester and mink fabric.

Not at all. The Layla Adjustable™ and The Layla Adjustable Plus™ are both the easiest adjustable bases in the industry to assemble. Simply unfold the bed, screw on the legs, and plug it in. Now you’re ready to sleep in any position you like.
It sure does. Of course we recommend using a Layla® mattress with the adjustable base, however any mattress will work fine as long as it is adjustable base friendly. If you’re not sure we recommend asking the manufacturer.
It really comes down to the wire… literally. Both a King and a Split King are two pieces joined together with a clamp. It just depends on whether you plan on using a single King mattress or two Twin XL mattresses on your base.
If you’re using a King Mattress: Simply join the two bases with the included sync cable and now both halves will move together in unison. Both remotes will control the now synchronized adjustable base.
If you’re using 2 Twin XL Mattresses: Join the two bases together with the included clamp and you’re done. By NOT joining the two bases with the included sync cable you may now operate each half independently with each remote.
Since both the King and Split King adjustable bases are two pieces it really comes down to what mattress you have. If you have a king size mattress you’ll want to connect the two halves with the included sync cable. Now simply place your king mattress on top of the adjustable base and both halves will move together with either remote.
If you have two Twin XL mattresses, then don’t connect the sync cable so that each half moves independently.

You will need to program two separate devices and give them different names. For example if one Amazon Echo is called “Alexa” and controls one half the base, then consider naming the second device a different name like “Daniel” and program that device to operate the other half of the base. Programming instructions are included with each base.
Absolutely! The Layla Adjustable™ bases are designed to be slightly smaller than your existing bed to make for an easy fit so you can still use your matching bedroom furniture.
The legs on the Layla Adjustable™ base are modular. Each leg is made up of four 3” sections. Simply remove by unscrewing a section to reduce the height of the base. The top of the adjustable base can range from 5” to 14” off the ground.
Both bases are fully adjustable, include a zero gravity preset, have adjustable legs, and built in USB chargers. The Layla Adjustable Plus™ has the following added features: Wall Gliding Technology, Massage, Anti-Snore, Under-bed Lighting, Amazon Echo/Google Home compatible, and works with the Layla mobile app.
Anti-snore is the Zzz button on the remote and is only available on The Layla Adjustable Plus™. Simply push the button on your remote to lift the head up 10 degrees creating open nasal airflow for easy breathing. Your base will automatically lay flat after 20 minutes.

Two! The Layla Platform Bed™ is available in one color, Solid Charcoal.
Of course we recommend that you pair your Layla Platform bed with a Layla Mattress™ for the best sleeping experience, however The Layla Platform Bed™ will work perfectly fine with any mattress. Just make sure you have the correct size.
The Layla Platform Bed™ stands alone on a set of legs and does not require a bed frame. Your mattress may go directly on top of the platform bed.
The Layla Foundation™ would be used for a bed that requires a box spring and can be placed on a metal frame which gives you the option of attaching a headboard.
Since the platform bed has legs and is used to directly support your mattress, no bed frame is required.
The Layla Platform Bed™ will come with detailed assembly instructions. But just in case… connect the interlocking corners on the rails (make sure the arrows are all pointing up) and drop the included pins through the hole they make. Next, screw the leg plates into all four corners which will allow you to easily spin the legs into the center of the leg plates. Then simply roll out the slats on top of the base and you're done in minutes!
The only tool required to assemble The Layla Platform Bed™ is a phillips screw driver which will be used to attach the metal leg plates to the bottom of the base. But don’t worry, the tool is included in the box.
The suggested weight limit for the Layla Platform Bed™ is 750 lbs including the weight of the mattress.
Unfortunately you can not attach a headboard directly to the platform bed. Instead we recommend securing your headboard to the wall and placing your platform bed in front.
The Layla Platform Bed™ was made to perfectly support the Layla Mattress™ and Layla Hybrid™. For this reason we spaced the slats to be 4” apart which is what we recommend for optimal support and airflow.
The base portion of the platform bed is 7.5” in height and the legs are 6” tall. Therefore the bottom of the platform bed is 6” off the ground while the top of the platform bed is 13.5” off the ground.

Any content that implicates and/or references personal health information that is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITEC” Act); and
Any other content that is prohibited by Applicable Law in the jurisdiction from which the message is sent.
Dispute Resolution: In the event that there is a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Us or any other third-party service provider acting on Our behalf to transmit the mobile messages within the scope of the Program, arising out of or relating to federal or state statutory claims, common law claims, this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, such dispute, claim, or controversy will be, to the fullest extent permitted by law, determined by arbitration in Los Angeles, California before one arbitrator.
The parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect. Except as otherwise provided herein, the arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the Federal Judicial Circuit in which Layla’s principle place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Within ten (10) calendar days after the arbitration demand is served upon a party, the parties must jointly select an arbitrator with at least five years’ experience in that capacity and who has knowledge of and experience with the subject matter of the dispute. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator within ten (10) calendar days, a party may petition the AAA to appoint an arbitrator, who must satisfy the same experience requirement. In the event of a dispute, the arbitrator shall decide the enforceability and interpretation of this arbitration agreement in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). The parties also agree that the AAA’s rules governing Emergency Measures of Protection shall apply in lieu of seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and no party shall have rights of appeal except for those provided in section 10 of the FAA. Each party shall bear its share of the fees paid for the arbitrator and the administration of the arbitration; however, the arbitrator shall have the power to order one party to pay all or any portion of such fees as part of a well-reasoned decision. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have the authority to award attorneys’ fees only to the extent expressly authorized by statute or contract. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive damages and each party hereby waives any right to seek or recover punitive damages with respect to any dispute resolved by arbitration. The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and this agreement does not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding. Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right. If any term or provision of this Section is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Section or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial. This arbitration provision shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
Miscellaneous: You warrant and represent to Us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates or improvements of the Program shall be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the Program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.
